Pintail Properties, LLC for a review of the preliminary and final plat of Heron Drive Townhomes, the review of a planned unit development to allow for the construction of a subdivision that is accessed by a private drive, and the vacation of utility easements for the properties described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1; Lots 1 ,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 2; and Outlot A; Timberwolf Townhomes, according to the plat thereof on file and of record with Blue Earth County Recorder, containing 3.62 acres. 2. Request of WEB Construction Co, Inc. for a conditional use permit to amend to the current planned commercial development and a certificate of design compliance for the construction of a drive-thru restaurant in the Highway Gateway Overlay district for the property described as Lot 4, Block 1, Two River Place subdivision. 6.
