Motion approving Proclamation designating November 1, 2021, as Extra Mile Day in the City of Mankato. B. Motion approving appointment to the Public Safety Advisory Committee. D. Resolution approving application to conduct lawful gambling for Mankato Area Hockey Association (MAHA) at Ten Twenty, 3010 Adams Street. E. Resolution accepting Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds and authorizing Phase I of the American Rescue Plan Act expenditures. F. Resolution approving the Final Plat review of Wolfe Addition. The subject property is described as part of Section 3, Township 108 North, Range 26 West, Blue Earth County (90 Power Drive); by request of Mitch Rohlfing, APX Construction. G.
