The subject properties are described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Paddington Parkway (120 and 121 Paddington Parkway). 5. NEW BUSINESS 1. Request of Viking Katoland Partnership for the vacation of an easement located on the property at 320 Lundin Boulevard legally described as the south five (5) feet of the north ten (10) feet along the north boundary of the property per the plat of Lundin Industrial Park No. 2.
