Request of Jon Kietzer for a review of a wetland sequencing and replacement plan request for the replacement of 0.23 acres of wetland and the vacation of the associated conservation easement for properties located at 120 and 121 Paddington Parkway. The subject properties are described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Paddington Parkway (120 and 121 Paddington Parkway). 2. Request of Gunlind Group, LLC for a review of the final plat for Generations Creek Subdivision. The subject property is described as part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 108 North, Range 26 West, Blue Earth County (3625 Hoffman Road). 5. NEW BUSINESS 1. Request of Mike Dwelly on behalf of Xcel Energy for a conditional use permit for the installation of a 2,000 gallon, above ground gasoline tank and the installation of a 6,000 gallon above ground diesel fuel tank at the property described as Lots 1, 2, and 131.45’ of Lot 3 as measured on 2nd Street and adjacent vacated 2nd Street (210 Lime Street). 2. Request of CHS for the vacation of a portion of South Riverfront Drive adjacent to Lots 32, 33-40 and 45 in Moreland Freeman and Buck’s Addition and adjacent to Truck Highway No. 169 plat. The subject street vacation area is described as all that part of South Riverfront Drive according to Trunk Highway No. 169 Residual Plat No. 1, on file and of record with the Blue Earth County Recorder, which lies northwesterly of the northwesterly line of the Southeasterly 30.00 feet of said South Riverfront Drive AND which lies westerly of the southerly extension of the westerly line of Woodland Avenue, according to the plat of Woodland - Givens Subdivision, on file and of record with the Blue Earth County Recorder (lying southerly of 2020, 2040, 2060 S.
