Request of Tom Paradis for a review of a final plat of Tanager Meadows No. 2 and an amended planned unit development to increase the allowable unit area. The subject property is described as lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, Tanager Meadows (101, 105, 109, 113 Warbler Path) 2. Request of Drummer Development, Inc. to rezone the property described as Part of Outlot A, Roosevelt Center No. 2 from B-3, Highway Business District to O-R, Office Residential. The subject property is located at Adams Street and Roosevelt Circle 3. Request of Steve Freyberg of Trifecta Group, LLC for the review of a final plat for Freyberg Addition, a zoning of said plat to B-3, Highway Business District, a conditional use permit to allow a truck stop use in the B-3 district, a conditional use permit to allow a drive through facility with a driving lane to be located between the building and the property frontage, and for a certificate of design compliance for a new structure in the Highway Gateway Overlay district.
