Request of APX Construction Group for a Certificate of Design Compliance to construct a dance studio facility in the Highway Gateway Overlay District. 3. Request of Kwik Trip Inc. and SMV LLC to vacate a 10' utility easement located between Lot 4 and Lot 5, Block 1, University Place Subdivision (1701 Monks Avenue). 4. Request of White Knight Investments for a conditional use permit to allow a grouped housing project R-4, multiple dwelling district.
